Cancellations &/or Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within 48 hours of the class start time to receive a full refund or voucher. For a course, classes following the first day cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.

Items & Collection

Pots will be ready for pickup in about 3 to 4 weeks and must be picked up no later than 5 weeks from the class date. Any uncollected pots become property of the studio.

When to arrive to class

Please arrive 10 minutes early. Doors close about 15 minutes of the class time.

Pieces might crack or break

Sometimes pieces crack or break, or the glaze does not always come out right. We will provide you with one of our pieces if this was to happen to your piece.
